About time that I scanned and uploaded these two gentlemen(I think I promised Brit to do that like 4 days ago??)
Mr. Knowitall Cueball Head and Lord “Funky Lights” Cuestickman (aka Doc Scratch and Lord English)
Scribbled them in college, far off any references (one of the reasons
why LE is standing so straight), then fixed all the details (and there
was a lot to fix) at home with references at hand

Haha probably would be fun to imagine, however I don't really watch Dr Who so I don't know a lot about it
