The indignity of it all!Poor Miss Britain complying with a citizen's arrest (where the "citizen" is the dastardly Ropemaster), as a result of the Governor's new costumed vigilante laws. One can only speculate as to who may have lobbied the Governor, prior to the introduction of these laws which are being used to subdue leggy superheroines. As the Latin expression puts it, "Cui bono?" ("Who benefits?)
It does make you wonder, doesn't it? BWAH-HA-HA!!!!
