PART 15 OF ACTIVE APRIL

Though Sam was not redesigned as heavily as other characters, I still feel like his new design is a lot better. The shoulder armor and holster look pretty cool and, though they might not be as striking as his old Zero Suit, they're certainly less derivative. I also kinda like him tying his lab coat around his waist.
For his part of the project, I wanted to draw him doing some bounty hunting. He's got his armor, his holster, his leg covers, his fingerless gloves, his shiny fake eyepatch, and his lab coat on. But more important than any of that is his Vita-Gun. He's ready to drain the health from some no-good criminals so he can capture them, and then use that health to help his patients.
