Ohoho, what's this? New exe??? Yes and no. This guy is SPECIAL STAGE. His story is that he (Sonic) killed Tails inside one of the special stages for constantly messing up and costing him the chaos emeralds. However, as a result, he got himself trapped inside the stage, unable to escape. He's been running in there by himself for 31 years now. You'd think spending all that time alone would let him reflect on his actions, right? NOPE. He's grown even more bitter and wrathful, along with his code corrupting due to being inside the special stage for so long. He ain't the best dude. Now, why did I say he's not exactly a new exe? Well, I got bored of him pretty quickly, so I gave him to someone else. Don't expect much more of him. If you guys like him though, you can do what you want with him!
Also fun fact: I made him because I was getting pissed at Tails in Sonic 2-
