this is my fanbot Fembot Pet
made to join the masses of steampoweredgiraffe

Her name is Pet and was made by Walter Robotic and sold to a rather rich family who wanted to use her as a maid around their place. Pet however has a major malfunction and she has a very childlike personality and easily excited. Due to this she became a sort of nanny/toy for the two children of the house.
Whenever pet gets over excited she’ll bark like a dog, and when angry she’ll snap at whoever is around her like a mad puppy. Her eyes tend to flash red when this function happens.
When she’s is happy her gears tend to spin and spur and almost sound as if she is purring. This is how she got the name of Pet.

After years of living with the family she came to love them, art, and music. The children both played piano and taught Pet all they knew. She grew to love playing and seemed to be able to focus while she did so. Unlike painting or any other image based project where she would just spaz out like a happy puppy and make a mess. When she plays piano she seems to get into a rhythm and become very calm.

When the children turned 18 and moved out of the home, the parents spoke to Pet and told her that they would be going away. Pet listened as well as she could and agreed that she would take care of the home while they where away. Little did she know, the family would never be coming back. Though they loved Pet, they grew old of her childlike and puppy attitude and didn’t feel right selling her to another family or sending her back. They hope she would make a new life for herself.

Pet sat in the house for over 8 years before she began to think that they were never coming back. She grew sad, and began to weep or however a robot weeps. She rummaged through the house and collected a few things before she left the hold house locking the doors behind her.

After that Pet sets out into the world that she hardly knows and looks for new friends, new family, and a new life…

Edit:
Pet's Fuel comes from Salt.
She will carry around a canteen of either just pure salt or salt water.
Her favorite snacks are Pretzels, she licks the salt off of them first before she finished them. (though she does not need to eat, she finds it fun that there is a human food that will give her energy.)

there are a few things I still need to work out, not sure if it’s going to stay 8 years or not that she waited, either way it’s a long time that she sits.
