2500 A.D. Islas Filipinas Region X
A young Filipino warrior and rider of the super weapon JetSoard- an advanced type of machine capable of doing alot of services for its master. Hagibis is an juvenile-delinquent orphan living in the streets of Cebu City. He is a hover board slalom racer earning a living by assembling hover boards and racing with them. He gets in trouble always by defying gangsters who try to recruit them and choose sides. He is his own man and doesn't want to render his skills to any one except making hover boards in return for money. He pledge no allegiance to anybody and he lets no one interfere with his personal life. Although he seems to be a very focused person it seems that he has no relation to anybody except his work. As to what his objective in life is, no one have the slightest idea.

This is originally all colored pencil and marker but we added zoom and lens flare effects to improve the impact.
