I'm actually busy doing a cosplay that concieds with horns since it's a homestuck OCΒ cosplay, what should I do to make the horns stronger so they won't break since they were made out of crayola clay.

Awsome Rosso cosplay. I'm actually planning on cosplaying either her, Nero (what can I say I love straight jackets), Genesis, or Lucrecia.
Do you have any tips, since you cosplayed Rosso, on the easiest way to make/get the costume and the cheapest?

I suggest Lucrecia (simply because she deserves more love), and Nero (because i agree with you in that straight jackets are epic).
As for advice, TVIET COSPLAYS ARE EFFING EXPENSIVE. There's no way around it. Be prepared to cough up at least 100 bucks for either of the two you're interested in. For me? Rosso cost me around $250 in supplies. I collected the supplies over a year and a half, so it didn't hurt me as much. It was mostly the little things that added up. I'm sure if you planned it out properly you could save more.
I highly suggest buying whatever black pleather you need RIGHT NOW because it's the fall season and joanns and other fabric stores are stocked full with it right now. It's REALLY hard to find any other time of the year. I'm afraid you'll have a lot of trouble finding these costumes on ebay and the like. You're going to have to either make it yourself or commission it.
Use coupons, wait for sales, and make mock ups first in cotton before you use up your precious expensive fabric. <3 That was my biggest mistake. T.T
