Description
this is a WIP html5 engine based on create.swf's object manipulationrsgmaker.github.io/HTML5MiniPrβ¦
this has no assets or presets you must load your own images to use.
the page will just be grey, that is normal i just couldn't come up with an easy interface i like, just drag image files into the page itself to use it.
works in all browsers(make sure your browser is updated)Β firefox is the most finicky though(to get it to work in IE, you have to click allow content, refresh page, then allow again, its kinda weird, but it's IE)
this webapp is basicly walfas if it only manipulated imported objects, this supports all images supported by your browser including svgs(vector graphics like what create.swf uses) and animated gifs.
current functions:
drag and drop importing(just drag your images from your desktop/folders and drop them in the page, you can also drag images from other webpages)
left click dragging(move object)
control+drag(rotate)
shift+drag(scale)
numpad+(increase opacity)
numpad-(decrease opacity)
up(bring to front)
down(send to back)
delete(remove object)
B(change background color, but just importing an image and using that would be better)
T(adds text, you can edit the text by double clicking it, double click again to turn off editing, has spellcheck, the text is a little glitchy but it can be manipulated like any other object).
C(change color of text)
V(change font of text)
A(add image from url)
F(flip object horizontally)
*UPDATE4 added horizontal flipping, added the function to drag images from other webpages.

Neato, do you think you'll be able to figure out character manipulation options to make working with characters easier?

Well, okay then.
I just mean like being able to program character create like walfas does with eyes and mouths and so on

ah i see, it is possible, but i'm not sure what kind of system i'd use, for managing sets of objects/props

That's pretty cool actually ;3
Really wish Create.swf supported SVG and GIFs like that.

yeah i've wanted to have custom objects in create.swf, that scale like the included ones, and gifs would be nice.
when i was able to put this together quickly, i found it pretty neat that those formats just worked as is.
with the svg format it would be possible to make and share props, and with the original formatting recoloring them would be fairly easy and clean.
