Oof, after like 4 days i finally could come to a good conclusion for that graphic demake, this fella gave me a good work, but i think i managed to at least get 90% of sucess into demaking him, not perfect, but it is pretty good i must admit to myself.

FUN FACT: the red/orange on his eyes is actually a sprite instead of a tile due to color limitations, there is a red in the nes pallete that better represents the og color of his eye so why i had choosen that other color you may ask? Its simple, in the 8bit megaman games they needed to choose wisely the palletes since they needed to represent the colors of all robot masters in the mugshots while also thinking about the limitations, so usualy in the games there is a pallete for sprites that uses a light orange and red to represent "skin", so if my image was representing an actual screen of a game with all the other mugshots then there would be some color sacrifices to make the game palletes work, thus i would need to use the same pallete that represents skin to represent the color in cold man eyes...
