It's Cooro (or Crow) from the manga +Anima if he were a few years older! I love this manga, it's really cute. It's set in this world where some people are born with the ability to turn partially into an animal (called "plus anima"). The main characters are Cooro (Crow. He has the black wings of a bird.), Husky (Hee! He can turn himself half-fish and breath underwater so he looks like a little merboy.), Nana (a girl with bat wings, sensitive hearing, and the ability to scream so loud it makes other sensless), and Senri (Bear Claw! He's the oldest in the group - like 16 or something - very mellow and often forgetful. He loves flowers and carries around a little memory book.) This group of +Anima travel around trying to find a place to stay.
