("She" = Hanabusa)Fuuma-dono is on the left, Thobari-sensei on the right. They are from a series called Nabari no Ou ("The King of Nabari").
Nabari was best described to me as "BL with ninja undertones." Hah~ My favorite characters are Miharu and Yoite.

I'm only to 25 in the manga, so I don't know if anything happens with Fuuma that's like "OMG NO WAI!!!1!!eleven!!1!", but he cracks me up. Even though he pisses me off cuz he said not nice things about Tobari-sensei (WHO IS MY EPIC FAVORITE......other than Miharu and Yoite)
Poor sensei, it must be hard being so noble and badass and brave and stuff.
