It's a well known tale, you rub a magic lamp and an all powerful genie or djinn or whatever , comes out to grant you 3 wishes! These are normally meant to be exclusive to the barer of the lamp, but Lilina tends to grant the wish of anybody she sees in need of help. Often multiple times. Since these people don't bare the lamp, she isn't restricted to just 3 wishes either, making her a bit of a headache for most of her masters.

Lilina the genie was designed by ! In their lore writen for most of the genie adopts, Genies are formally humans who have been blessed with cosmic knowledge and power! But also cursed, for an unknown length of time, to serve humans and grant wishes... As I understand it, the more wishes they grant, the more powerful they become! They'll even get powerful to the point where they can move beyond their own lamps and deny other people their wishes. That seems pretty OP for Lilina, so I'll limit it to "wishes granted for the barer of the lamp".

Lilina is an interesting character due to her borderline impulsive need to help people. She was described to have no lingering regrets for helping anyone even if manipulated or tricked. This puts her current position as a genie in a very interesting light. You could go so many different ways with her in terms of writing. This was the main reason I adopted her at all. That and her design was to die for. Hopefully I can do her justice. On a separate note... I made a serious mistake when adding the finishing touches to this drawing. I was completely mortified...
