I worked on this for quite a while but it never turned out quite how I wanted it to. It has lots of problems (angles, lighting, size. . .), but I think I'll leave it that way so that I can look back on it to see where I was with rotating objects when I started.

Edit: I suppose it could be a chaos emerald, come to think of it, if anyone wants a version that is a different color for an icon, I could change the color and send it to you by email if you want, or I could just post all of the colors, but that seems pointless.

Edit: I made this into an "emoticon" sort of thing: you just type : iconrotatingrubyicon : (without the spaces)
