I quite like this. Was it inspired by Salvador Dali?

Photographic composition as main subject. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. The only thing I don't like of the "composed face" is the lack of eyes. The rest of it is just perfect.

that's the point of a art. You're seeking for purpose, but something happenes by the way to achieve and it changes you - and your art becomes another. So may be art is just between your own changing points of viewsย

Well, that's kind of philosophic, I think. Art is a way of personal expression. Between the moment you think what you want to say and the moment when you finally say it, could happen anything and words, even the ideas, could change. Even if you decide to put your ideas in a piece of paper and read it, word by word, your probably want to add something else to the speech.
So, I guess the only constant thing in the universe is the change, not just in art. You could have some level of control over a plan, but it's only partial, never absolute. In general, human beings try to put chaos under control.

This reminds me ofย Giuseppe Arcimboldo, an Italian artist who made faces out of various different objects such as fruit or books! If you like doin this type of thing, then you should really check him out!

well I had to make a lot of sketches before shooting. of course I thought about right lighting for close-up head shot. But at the finish - I have to say - that it was not a good idiotic idea.
