For Birdy, violence has always been the answer. Growing up in the slums of Parris City, raised by pimps, prostitutes, hoodlums and derelicts, the teenaged 'Birdy' has developed a sense of justice mimicked after the city's homicidal vigillante, The Fowl. Rather than having money at his disposal like Steve DeMoge, Birdy has connections and an uncanny ability to know who is up to what in his turf. He may not be keeping the peace or cleaning up the streets with his murderous methods, but those who he trusts and love knows they are safe when he takes flight.

The Fowl knows of Birdy, yet has made no comment... however, it can be only a matter of time when their paths will cross, and a deadly duo may be formed...
