Description this was a study of achievng greyscale shading with ink and a study of wrinkles...i used a Jon Spencer Blues Explosion album cover called Extra Width for the guy...and the i added my head gunk to personalize it...
it's good for me to do a study occasionally to expand me leet skills...and this album rocks.

hey this is so cool! Is it hard to use an ink and brush, or do u find it easy? I only use a felt tip pen

it's sloppy fer shure...you've got to treat it more like a liquid, cuz it is, and expect accidents to happen and learn how to direct it rather than force it...i have alot of fun with it. i enjoy the random factor that shows up with it. plus i enjoy splatter.

part of this was done with a micron pen, my pen of choice, and i penciled this out first...from what i've seen of your style, i'd think ink would be a worthwhile adventure. thanks for the comment!

Sounds like fun. I love that splattery look... I'll have to try it sometime... it would definitely save alot of time to colour the black parts!
