a picture of me (and others) taken by my friend kate yesterday at the Iowa City Missing May Day festival. we are all gathered around a drum circle contraption in the pedmall chanting political slogans and whatnot. i love the dynamics of this pic... on one side a happy conversation between friends... and on the other side Flying Gorilla Man! i even have my lips pursed in true monkey man form, ready to wail on a snare drum.it was a fun day!
