Description
This is a close approximation of the representation of Portlandia, the spirit/goddess of Portland, as presented to me while on my last Salvia trip. Until then i had only met the Goddess form of Salvia who likes shadows and waters, reforming herself often and a brief encounter with the God form, who, like most gods i've dealt with, didn't really want to be bothered unless i had something really important to ask.
Portlandia was different, her 'skin' was of quicksilver metal, shiney and smooth with a definate form. Her 'hands' and 'feet' ended with discs of light (her legs molding into one form at the bottom). Her head morphed into a long strand which continued infinitely down the 'Holographic Tunnel' (which is the usual form of travel i use while with Salvia).
Portlandia spoke with many voices and her moods changed irratically. I presumed that she is of all voices and minds of the city and surmised that the spirits of New York or Chicago or St. Louis would tend to speak with angrier voices more often. Portland is a relatively calm city however.
City Spirits it seems play by a different set of rules than Terran Spirits, pointing to more 'roof' that perhaps cities did not originate on this planet, but come from others...
