Description
Final Color Image!The idea for the picture came to me while I sat in the automotive shop for several hours, looking through one of my Advanced Photoshop magazines...
I had just gotten done with the colors of my previous MSI work (color version: [link] ) and as I was reading an article about creating art for a children's book... I got to thinking if I could draw something for kids... and I used MSI as my main focus as I had just gotten off working on that other piece.
It was alot of fun to draw!
and with the upcoming release (at the time) of there newest album, IF, I was already a bit excited to do some more work.
Pencils and inks on paper.
Everything else done in Photoshop!

Soundtrack consisted mostly of Tub Ring and Rage Against the Machine, oddly enough with all my MSI playing during the original drawing conception

I bet I know how it would be if someone told a story about MSI to kids before bedtime. All they have to do is say "Hello children! Would you like to hear a story?" She had told me that she wanted something one of a kind and she really liked the image however it was a pain in the ass to replicate.
I am honored and flattered she repainted my art on her clothing but she did tell me that she wouldn't make it for anyone else becasue of the time it took and beacause it is my art.
However please, by all means, hit up MSI on MySpace or through e-mail (not the band members) and demand my designs on a shirt if you're interested in wearing my art!
