My best guess is 4th/5th year Palm-nut Vulture and African Serval. The muted red skin, black between the ears, and tan on the nape were throwing me off from guessing adult Palm-nut vulture. Am I right?

Yup, she is a palm-nut vulture / serval mix. The black markings and tan on the nape are part of her serval bits.

So that's why I was confused! I do like gryphons with the cat/bird markings bleeding into each other though
