some quick TF fanart this morning. i had this image in my head and wanted to see it better.i tried for a Jae Lee style with the over exaggerated shadows from his TF/G.I.Joe WW2 comics.
so yeah, go childhood.

Dude. Do you remember that episode of Transformers that had Cobra Commander in it back in the day? He made a cameo at the very end of an episode where he made some kind of deal with the Decepticons and rode away in the back of a black limo or something.
It seems like me and only a handful of other people remember it.

I know that it's suppose to be Transformers fanart. But I can't help but be reminded of that one episode of Batman Beyond where Bruce invents a batman robot suit. The silhouette has the shape of it.

I would maybe have done some more distinguishing marks to show that it was Optimus aside from the chestpiece though.
Maybe some wheels, since you probably wouldn't be able to show the smokestacks with this pose. Might have been kinda cool to throw some kind of blue luminescence inside of the chest for the matrix.
Regardless, well done. It's easy to sense the action here.

The movie was sooooo much better than I thought it was going to be. Keeping the original voice for Optimus gave it alot of cred with me. The whole time I was like, 'Witwicky? Wasn't it Wickety in the cartoon/comics?' So it was funny to see them play that off too. But I digress...
This is still a stellar piece, don't throw it in scraps like you have a tendency to do. And while you're at it, why don't you take some of your Warcraft concepts out of scraps and put them back in the gallery so I can favorite them.
