Hoooooh man, it's been way too long since I did a Spring Break pic with my characters, let alone a full finished drawing.

I've actually started writing some stuff recently for a Creative Writing class I'm currently taking related to the "Eternal Legion" story (Formerly known as Legion of Eternity) that's a lot more modernized and with more of a focus on being over-the-top fun instead of taking it as seriously as I had originally intended when I came up with it well over a decade ago.

Longtime followers of mine will recognize these two as Celeste and Claire Lasade. Celeste was formerly named 'Celestia' but I'm changing the name to avoid confusion with a certain character from a certain show about horses...(cough) Also I added an 'e' to the end of Claire's name because just leaving it as 'Clair' felt weird to me.

Also the main character's name, Ryu-Gi (which is where I derived my username from) is also going to be changed; his name is now 'Ryuji Takarada".

Now for technical stuffs. I do feel that some of the anatomy is slightly off; I was using posed models in Garry's Mod as reference and I realize I probably didn't capture them correctly, possibly due to me stylizing the character's bodies to my liking. I'll take that into consideration for a future drawing.

Also Celeste's hand GAAAAH.

The background is from a screenshot I took in Garry's Mod. The map is "Tropical Fever". steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles…

I hid some watermarks in the picture.

If you're wondering why Lasade's swimsuit has belts and fishnets...I've always drawn it like that. I happen to like that sort of look. Don't overthink it.
