Description
Oh hey, for my 200th DA upload, here's an interior illustration from 2012 that I did for Mobile Frame Zero, the updated version of Mechaton, by Vincent Baker & Joshua Newman. For those interested in playing out skirmish battles with Lego robots or gunpla on a sufficiently large flat surface, here's the page with a link to the free pdf version of the rules.

Wow, it's been years since my last upload.

I quite like the composition here, everything just sort of fits together really well. The one in the back speaks to me thanks to that slot-like viewport/sensor bundle, kinda reminds me of a dreadnought from 40k but with actual legs and less bulk.

Okay this looks awesome, though the one in the back looks like if you tipped it on its back it'd be stuck like a turtle lol. Will you be doing more stuff for Anno Astra in the future Ryujin?

Not anytime soon. The setting was saddled with a bunch of fundamental flaws & internal inconsistencies that I decided to stop working on it.

Love this. Reminds me of the opening cinematic for MechWarrior 3.

Much more on the Fatty than the Scopedog, actually.
