When the Universe was born, the place from which all other dimensions started expanding from was the center of the Universe itself, the Nexus of Dimensions. Along with the Universe, one being was also born during its creation: Airehtfele, the Ligerwyrm, the Primordial Being. Airehftele's only known home was the Nexus and due to his fear to traverse in the world outside his 'home', he watched the other dimensions and lifeforms evolve for millions of years. However, despite achieving Godhood-like status, this entity had grown weary from his loneliness. Despite his forlorn feelings eating away at his psyche for so many millennia, Airehtfele was still afraid to come into contact with other dimensions and their inhabitants. He started crying out in pain, but none answered his cries. Harboring an immense hatred for everyone living in the worlds outside of the Nexus, he wanted to get back at every other living being in this Universe, that enjoyed the feelings of unity, camaraderie, love, hope, and the sheer joy of living. He started sneering at every other single being as a 'lesser' form of existence when compared to his enormous God-like existence; and so, Airehtfele, due to his immeasurable power and fear of traversing to the outside worlds, broke his soul into smaller pieces. These pieces assumed their own forms and functioned as fully autonomous beings: These nine entities of tremendous powers were known as the Airehtfele's Arbiters, with their raison d'etre being given by their 'creator' himself: To subdue and conquer every single dimension and its inhabitants, so that they may worship Airehtfele and love him as their 'benevolent' God. Anyone not conforming to Airehtfele's wish would be annihilated by an Arbiter. Having been born from Airehtfele's own soul, each Arbiter had been materialized as a very specific aspect and a fragment of Airehtfele's psyche. Hence, the Arbiters were essentially Airehtfele's egos and his lesser' selves.

The Arbiter that encompassed the biggest part of Airehtfele's soul was Prometheus. A Chimera Wyrm that had the ability to create incandescent blue flames out of nothing, he reflected Airehtfele's innermost wish: An indomitable will to live, to make his dreams a reality no matter the cost, to live in absolute freedom and an insatiable will to learn. Life, willpower, curiosity, and freedom were the virtues that his soul encompassed, then. All other Arbiters immediately embraced the reason for their existence that was given to them by their 'creator', without a second thought. Prometheus, however, was the only one, who, from the moment of his inception, questioned his reason for living. As such, he never partook in the Arbiters' crusades, which were undertaken in the name of their creator. Instead, Prometheus was more interested in learning about the other dimensions' civilizations and be taught their culture and way of life from every single one of them. His immense curiosity led him to be shunned as the 'Hermit' from the rest of his Arbiters, his only 'biological' family. Questioning the validity of Airehtfele's crusades, he tried to convince the other Arbiters to band together and stop their creator from his war on the other dimensions, but to no avail. Prometheus came across the Wyrm dimension, a hidden paradise, where humans, Wyrms, Dragons and other creatures coexisted in complete harmony with each other. This world sparked an inner desire in Prometheus to protect such places and civilizations from his progenitor's cruel reign. Thus, he started to secretly exchange the knowledge of harnessing fire with each civilization he came across, a most forbidden act. As such, a great number of dimensions became technologically advanced and started fighting back successfully against the Arbiters. Airehtfele was able to subdue these rebelling civilizations by enslaving the strongest Wyrmdragon from the Wyrms' dimension: Ryuudust . Having enslaved Ryuudust's soul, the latter Wyrmdragon had no choice but to subdue the rebelling civilizations using extreme violence as Airehtfele's slave Champion. Disgusted with this turn of events, Prometheus decided to openly rebel against the God of this Universe, his own creator, 'father' and self.

Siding with Ryuudust, the two of them engaged the other eight Arbiters and their Progenitor in the Nexus of Dimensions. Overwhelmed by the number of Arbiters, this epic battle was lost. Infuriated for his most favorite Arbiter's rebellion against him, Airehtfele wiped out Ryuudust's clan from existence as a form of punishment. For Prometheus, however, the form of punishment was most grotesque: His soul was bound to a sub-dimension of the Nexus, and every single day, Airehtfele would erase Prometheus's soul from existence only to resurrect him and repeat the process the next day. The physical pain that was experienced by Prometheus was an endless cycle of death and despair, along with the associated memory loss and questioning of his own identity. Remembering his dear friend, Ryuudust, as well as the other people he had met in the Wyrms' dimension, momentarily reignited his passion to protect the world that he had loved the most. Prometheus made the ultimate choice for his existence: He used up all of his soul to reverse the bond with his creator, so that his immeasurable and powerful soul would act as a cage that surrounded the Nexus, essentially sealing the God in his own dimension and putting him in a deep slumber in the process. The Arbiters that were outside of the Nexus fell into complete disarray, as they became unable to hear the telepathic voice of their creator. Being unable to act and decide on their own, they became nonplussed and panicked. The rebellious civilizations were able to fight back and be freed from Airehtfele's Arbiters and reign. Immense hatred grew in the souls of the most docile Arbiters, who were eager to get revenge on Prometheus by wiping out his most beloved world, the Wyrms' dimension. However, the sheer willpower of Prometheus made it possible for his last soul fragment to become a form of barrier around the dimensional walls of the Wyrms' dimension and prevent the rest of the docile Arbiters to destroy his most precious place. These docile Arbiters wallowed in despair as they scattered across the various dimensions, looking for a way to bring back their 'father', Airehtfele, by breaking Prometheus's seal; and in the process, to reclaim the reason for their existence. The remaining Arbiters that were not particularly loyal to Airehtfele, also, started traveling to other dimensions for reasons only known to themselves.

Prometheus's willpower to live and protect the dimensions allowed for one fragment of his soul, namely one of those that acted as a barrier in the Wyrms' dimension, to be reborn as a Chimera Wyrm. This young Chimera would be Bomber , whose inherited curiosity to learn, and live in absolute freedom and harmony with others would lead him to travel to other dimensions and eventually settle in Limbo.

Bomber still harbors his hidden powers as his past self: And now that Airehtfele has started to reawaken and to call out to his Arbiters, will Bomber or Prometheus inside of him heed his call and what will that entail for his existence?
