Absolutely, the colours are enhanced through the HDR processing but no additional colour manipulation going on, just the combination of different colour bricks, algae, damp and grime. Small adjustments to finish off in Photoshop like a curves adjustment layer etc to bring back some of the contrast that can be lost with HDR processing
