Finally A Proper picture of Supernova. Scroll Down for Info.

Oh and did I mention? My scanner doesn't work either.
So I'm screwed.
My tablet died.
My screen is cracked and the touch screen is broken, so no tablet PC for me.
And now my scanner wont turn on.

So... this picture was uploaded to my computer via Camera Phone and USB cable, and done with touchpad. (ohh my fingers.) v.v

But oh well, at least I still have the good old pencil and paper <3 MS Paint, I shall return for you someday.

A little bit of info on her:
-Her design (and Ice's) was based off of a childhood "Species" I called a 'Cate.' ("Cat" with an "E" on the end, how original)

But Nova isn't actually a special species, she doesn't have any super powers, she's not an elemental animal or anything, she's just a groovy tiger with some attributes that indirectly represent me.

Those attributes are:
Her antlers - Hunting is a big thing in my family, and we take it seriously. The antlers represent my Patience, responsibility, and respect for others. Three qualities I had to work to learn.

Her green/blue eyes: I've had some pretty serious focusing issues with my eyes for a long while, and they affected my school work. I went to eye therapy fro them, and had to stare at a blue/green light for 10 minutes through a black cone. It symbolizes a new begging, things were much easier when I could bring my eyes into focus.

Her purple fire-hair (Shown as just fire in the picture):
I'm a natural blond, but I don't like it. So I dyed my hair brown. Then I decided that brown was too plain, and wanted to dye the underside a darker color. Everyone was dying their underside a darker brown, and I wanted to be a little different, so I dyed it a deep burgundy purple that shines strings of blazing red in the sun. People said it always looked like my hair was on fire. I always dye my hair that way now and haven't seen anything like it yet.

Butterfly Markings:
Nova's colors and markings are actually based off of a Monarch Butterfly. As I kid living in Oklahoma, I was OBSESSED with them. We had a tree in the back yard with mutated berries, and when they fell into the center of the trunk and rotted, all kinds of butterflies would group up in there. Hundreds. I would stick my hand in it and butterflies would cover my hand. They usually never flew away. Monarch butterflies were always my absolute favorite.

Other attributes:
Leamur Tail: Inspired by those cute fluffy little leamur stuffed toys at Cracker Barrel. But instead of making it black and white like everyone else, I made it match her
fur.

Wavy Stripes: Much easier to draw than realistic tiger stripes. And I think it looks much better.

Big ears: I know tigers have relatively small ears, but I like supernova with big fluffy adorable ears. She's supposed to look all stocky and cute anyway.
