as paper look you mean the yellowish color? If it's that then the suggetion is to desaturate the picture the got to photoshops color balance, put lot's of yellow and red, then some magenta. Work on them to find a good dark yellow color, then go to Hue and Saturation and decrease the saturation till you reach the color you like best. For some grunde look raise the contrast too.
