Nope, these are the only versions I've made of these characters. Someone talked to me about commissioning the outfits from later season(s), but he never followed through on it.

I didn't make it. I don't know where it's from, sorry. The person who originally commissioned these provided most of the minifig parts, for which I designed the decals you see.

TT games have no intentions to make a PC version of the game unfortunately. Also I don't a petition is necessary because Warner brothers is in charge of the distribution of the RWBY series in japan and since warner brothers has a gaming division too (that published lego dimensions and most of the other lego games) what's stopping them and TT games from asking Roosterteeth if they can add RWBY? The worst RT can say is no. But if you think about it RWBY could gain new fans through lego dimensions. If this can be done with all of the 80's, 90's, 2000's, and 2010's stuff in the game I'm sure it can be done with rwby. But that's just me though.

Okay, TT games has no excuse to license the game for PC; for crying out loud man the darn game play base has a USB cord! Furthermore, every other Lego game they ever made is available for PC platform. Go look at Steam if you don't believe me. Furthermore, if it makes it through steam Greenlight, we could mode all the characters into the game. Gota love steampip!

If you want the truth, RT needs to approach Lego, not the other way around. But I have a feeling Lego would turn them down. Simply because of the dark tone rwby took during volume 3 and 4.

I understand your point on the other lego games being on PC and steam and yes I know the USB pad can work on a computer but I'm pretty sure the reason it won't get a PC port is because TT games doesn't want the game to be hacked, have all secrets/upcoming content revealed because they want to be surprises, and they don't want a similar problem with what lego worlds had with users making dildos all over the place. Also why lego turn down a dark series like RWBY? They've allowed other franchises to be in the game that have had dark tones, strong language, and maybe even gore in some parts of these various franchises. Want some examples? DC comics, lord of the rings, Doctor Who, A-team, Mission impossible, Portal, and Beetlejuice. Just because a franchise has a dark tone or is already getting a dark tone doesn't mean it can't get in, but you are right that it's RT that has to ask lego I've never thought of it that way. If rwby does get it no big deal all tt games would have to do is tone down the dark parts of the series to make acceptable for everyone they did it all the other franchises.

Okay I was not aware of the idea of people hacking, but the simple fix to that would be to use there own servers and not steams VAC ones. However, I know that its way more complicated then that but I don't know enough to argue that point.

That said...onto the dark tones. Lego has gotten "bolder" I will say, but rewind the clock back 14 years and when Lego added the first black toned Minifigure (good ol' Billy D. Williams himself). It was a huge culture shock, now I am not trying to change subject but my point in bring set 10123 up is simply this; Lego has always played it safe and steady when breaking cultural norms or doing something new. Probably why they don't get any liberals attacking them as far as major news headlines are concerned. But that point is mute and I hope stays that way.

Of the ones you listed, yes but remember those where introduced into the "Lego System" -- i use the word system like cannon --  via dimensions; and of mentioned those only DC Comics and Lord the Rings had full sets.

What happened wasn't that Lego wanted to "grow up" but it had to broaden its range for a wider age range. Because of this, Lego has been experimenting and waiting for years to bring new ideas to the video-game front. Tt games has pretty much cemented themselves on that front and isn't going anywhere. (hey Disney maybe you should have hired them instead of EA...morons, but that's none of my business)

So as far as Dimensions coming to PC, it's not a matter of "if" but a matter of when, because the video game bubble is about to pop. When it does I predicted that the only company -- more correctly person -- left standing will be Gaben. So one way or another, it will go to PC; or on a more affordable console.
