I need to post a new pic of my progress but it doesnt roll like a bike would. Kinda hard with the wheel design. I do however have that it pivots and moves like a real cycle would. The arm guards move up and down for me to get on the bike.Its a hard cosplay to store Ill tell you that

lol if youre up to it, you should buy an electric motor and put some wheels on the bottom of the D-wheel so you can actually ride it around~
or even better...! just for lolz buy a kids car and take the wheels and motor from that and put it underneath your D-wheel >XD
