I..can't believe I'm entering a contest....o.O XDAnyway, this is the completed picture for my contest entry to "Spring Love" contest.
It was a long tiring learning process...and my own thoughts about it is that...it will do for now. I can't expect anything better atm, so I'll be patient. Hopefully I'll get where I want to be in due time. This is my first PS attempt so any PS advice would be great and appreciated.
The more I look at it....it just looks so....dull....=/ *sigh* oh well

Yehhh...this is more the style I wanted to create. The other one really doesn't look like 'me' does it. All I can say when you start and look up heaps of tutorials lol and be persistant.

Yeah I should try that. My uncle recommended me to a site called [link] (Pixel2Life) which had tons of tutorials but I mever had the time so I guess Ill try there when I have the time.

ps. in the begining you had the dA signutar thing over it, why don't you write it on the boys shirt for example like an brand name

yeh i did, but realise that it took up too much space on the pic and was afraid that people maybe be able to see the pic more clearly so i took it off.
I don't know how to do that exactly....i read somewhere how to distort an image to certain angles so you can add it to the the picture as a label of some sort but...it lost somewhere and i've forgotten now.

yes i think i know what you mean but that cost money to do that i believe
i just mean what most painters do, write your signature somewhere
you can do that over an part of the line art where it doesn't disort the drawing but you make it yours that way
