Here's a fanart of Death Note basically drawn and digital colored for fun.
All about L "Vs" Misa. 
I often sat like what L did in this fanart so I can place a tray of food on my legs when there're nt any place to put them on like running a booth at a rock and gem show (another of my geology business).
I do have few Death Note fanarts in my galleries.

Well, sometimes, Misa is smart, sometimes not but that's normal for anyone. ^_^ Misa did fooled that pevert guy into giving up his secrets about Death note.

not only that in the anime it said she came to japan(for kira) that means she had to learn how to read and right japanese right

I have read only mangas and I know that Misa came from Osaku, but the manga didn't say anything about her coming from outside Japan. I didn't bother with reading that "How to Read" volume since it was easy for me to follow Death Note's story.

it mentions it in the anime remember misa was being interviewed for the job (where higuchi works) and they said "is it true that you said you came to japan to meet kira" so obviusly she is not japanese which mean she would have to speak and write japanese. plus she is not really japanese cause of her blonde hair and 'american like' attitude

I remember the job interview (only in manga), but that was a scripted plot to get her inside the building where Higuchi work. So that's hard to tell if that's a fact or not. Are there an official profile of Misa somewhere?

Well, it depends. Some people are good with languages so they can learn them quickly. If Misa's good with langauges, then she can learn Japanese quickly.

Well, If the author actaully had L going with Light, then that's no problem. But that didn't happen in the manga so I'm going with that and leave that as it is.
