This is part 3 of Carrie checking on Blitzo, Carrie puts her hand under Blitzo's chin to make him look at her in the eyes and face, to tell her what's wrong? Blitzo wanted to tell Carrie about his childhood and his sister and....dear mother but he couldn't as he was afraid and scared to tell her about it. As he tells her he doesn't want to talk about it right now and that she wouldn't understand the pain in his heart he's going through as well.

Carrie persistently tries ask him why is he's afraid and tell him don't do this to her right now as she wants to help get through whatever he's going through with about his life. But to her surprise, Blitzo shouts at her for first time saying he couldn't do it and couldn't tell her as she gasp.

Blitzo then realized what he did as tears run down his cheeks and eyes widen in shock that he actually shouted at Carrie, as his body tremble with the feeling of regret in him now.
