Interesting. Since, as you know, I use paint.net too, I can see a fancy effect mixed with simple linework. Which effects did you use?

for the background, Gaussian Blurr 2 times 100%
just first make a red outer line, then orange, yellow and finish with white that is 50% transparent.

I use Gaussian blurs quite a bit myself. I suppose you mean "place a red outer line in the lower layer than place an orange line beneath that in the same layer, then place some white in a layer above those with 50% transparency."

he is just, sad if you think of it. Ealain dues not have any powers except to do this, and he never wants it, he even wishes he did not had it.
but like hate and anger, it builds up, and from time to time he must use it on the open ocean, so not to harm his friends.
beyond that, i did a lot of work of making it look very... awesome i guess.
