Personally... I love it. ^^ In my opinion, those lips look very kissable, though that's just me.

You might want to draw the head as if it were a blob of fat sitting between the shoulders, rather than just a pyramid of rolls that lead to the face. I'm not sure what would be more realistic, as this is all speculative art, but I think it looks just a little better. /2ยข
