That is one classic but cool composition! I like it a lot.
The horizontal bisecting line works very well to separate the distinctively different territorial and celestial worlds. Keeping all the keen details was instrumental to making sure that the viewer be impressed by the vastness of the complexity of the domain presented.

Wowee [: like a modern city on a far off planet, it's really beautiful! I love the colors of the sky, and the lights on the road. There are a couple lines in the pink part of the sky, and i'm just not sure what they are they look funny though. Beautiful picture!

I could stare at this for hours... the colors really pull me in, as do the sparkles. I love how te light hits up the details in the city. I really, really love this alot.
