More macro fun! This time I used what was once a lucky Chinese coin bead, and some fabric I picked up at ACMoore years ago. The bead, unfortunately, can't be used because the finding on top of it broke in half. But hey, makes a good photo now!I'm pretty sure the fabric has Buddhist stuff written on it. I can't read it however, so I have no way of knowing for sure. But if I'm not mistaken, there is both old Japanese/Chinese characters and Sanskrit on it.
So I recently discovered my old film lens, which has macro capabilities! =O As such, I had to try it out!
By macro capabilities, I mean that when it is extended to 90mm, I can switch it to macro mode. Lenses don't really do this anymore from what I understand. And of course, since this lens is from back when I was in photography in high school... it's only... five years old now? Haha
I am going to re-shoot this after some feedback though, because the focus is not as perfect as I would like.

Yeah, I guess you're right; a lensbaby would distort the peripheral area more. Ah well, it's a cool affect none the less
