I really just want to say how awesome Godzilla 2014 is in general. Gareth got EVERYTHING right about the character. The overall physical appearance, having his extreme durability and healing factor, his roar, and lastly his legendary atomic breath. I mean, Godzilla 2014 is what the disgustingly terrible 1998 Shitzilla SHOULD'VE been like. G2014 actually looks as if Gareth got the 1994 Godzilla and just modernized his look. He still has all his abilities and powers, Gareth just simply modernized his look. Roland, however, gave zero f*cks and just got a iguana, slapped spikes on it, and made it bigger, then he had the AUDACITY TO NAME IT GODZILLA, WANNA KNOW WHY? BECAUSE ALL HE WANTED WAS MONEY, AND TO GET MONEY, HE PUT GODZILLA IN THE TITLE! Roland's wannabe Godzilla didn't breathe atomic breath, ran around getting chased by the army like a chicken shit, and ate fish. The most BIGGEST insult to Toho's Godzilla Roland ever thrown was how Zilla died: BY GETTING TANGLED IN A MOTHERF*CKING BRIDGE AND THEN GETTING KILLED BY TWO... TWO MISSLES! JUST TWO! IN FACT, ZILLA WAS SO DAMN DISAPPOINTING, HIS SON, ZILLA JR, BROUGHT MORE HONOR TO THE REAL GODZILLA THAN HIM! AT LEAST ZILLA JR BREATHES ATOMIC BREATH (albeit, its not a big blue laser beam, but he's trying) AND FOUGHT OTHER MONSTERS! G2014 is a true American reboot of the 1954 Godzilla. I REFUSE to call 1998 Godzilla a Godzilla reboot. Zilla is horrible as a Godzilla. But as a separate kaiju? Yeah, he's pretty decent. And if you DO like Zilla, okay, thats fine. Im not going to berate you, just saying G2014 delivered a much better payload than Zilla can ever deliver.

I do love Godzilla 2014, not just by his imposing dark nature, but his design as well as the MUTOs design that was so amazing, I know it gets criticized for not showing enough of him and the human characters, but I really don't care, I thought the despair and atmosphere really put the realistic nature of Godzilla 2014 on the map, and I cannot wait for its sequel

The G2014 movie was more like a realistic disaster movie which is a cool concept. I thought it was a genius tactic to tease us with the fight scenes, so that way the final fight would bring out the full, raw awesomeness of the conflict. If it were a Transformers movie, we’d be exhausted by the climax. Also, in Godzilla’s debut scene, did you notice how the people went dead silent when Godzilla stepped in the airport? They clearly knew the King had arrived.

Hell yeah, like it was brutal the look they had seeing Godzilla when he arrived in Hawaii, also I thought it was very cool and different that they introduced these new monsters called the MUTOs, obviously nothing will replace the classic Godzilla adversaries, but as for a reintroduction to Godzilla, I thought it was very well done, also the design of the MUTOs was amazing too
