Description
Among the Bearers, Basilisk isn't quite a rare sight, most of the cases they're spotted at farms and remote villages. This evil creature's hatched from a snake egg that was incubated by a chicken (though no one really knows why or how). Some old books suggest that this phenomenon only occurs in villages or other inhabited places which already hold a large number of bad influences, comes from violence, evil deeds, and doings. And with the right amount of negative energy, dark force rises, for they feed on it. In this case, it's the Basilisk.[] Currently, I found myself out of words to write and realized how limited my English is. Struggling to find correct words to write down 's kinda wore me out. Might return to rewrite about the basilisk later then. It's still an interesting creature with a bunch of things to say about. FTR, the base idea is this: Basilisk takes form from chicken, the most common livestock, which (I think) is the best symbolic monster for the evil side of man.

Nah, I used pencil only for the sketch. For the shading, I used Brush penΒ (rough, bold lines, black areas), technical pen (thin shading lines, as in the body of the snake) and Markers (the color is cool grey and a bit of warm grey for almost all shading parts that's not lines). Tell me if you want to know the specific name (brand) of each one.
