Thirtieth pic from the 100 Themes Art Challenge!

First: I have no idea how to draw rain, standing water, splashes, or any of that stuff.

Second: This is the introduction of two new characters. Up until a few minutes after I drew the lineart for this picture, I had no names for them, they were simply "Rat" and "Mouse". Then I came up Alfie for the rat and Jeanne for the mouse. Jeanne calls herself "Gee-ann". as do her immediate family members, but Alfie calls her "Jeanie" and everyone else calls her "Jean".

At this point they are mere acquaintances, doing similar courses at college. Whether they go anywhere from here is anyone's guess. But for now, it's raining, they're going the same way, and Alfie figures his coat is big enough.
