Yes, folks, I know that the biggest cliché for a group, especially a group of young females, is to portray them as a band. However, Quinten's biocomputers were created to design, analyze, and test complex systems. Musical instruments and, to an extent, music itself can't be all that difficult for them, as a team, anyway. Individually, they'd probably be too easily distracted to learn "Mary Had A Little Lamb" on a keyboard. Together, with a bit of practice, they could probably play the Nieblungsring.

Usually, when I do a multi-character picture, I draw pictures of one or two characters at a time and then combine them digitally. I think this is the first time I've drawn and coloured four characters traditionally before scanning them in (and adding a quickie CG background... ).
