...at least those are the lyrics I remember from the Hot August Night album. The original version is a bit different, and is titled "You're So Sweet (Horseflies Keep Hangin' 'Round Your Face)"

I decided to make her an anthro dog to soften the line comparing her to his dog a bit. I kept the flies in, though.

Sketch done with 0.5 mechanical pencils, first with 2H lead and then with 2B lead, then inked, traced with coloured fibre pens, and coloured with markers.
