(I think it might be grunge & dry media brushes)
I love the light effects, especially on engy's helmet and glove..Looks really cool.

The BG its very simple, I used 4 layer, the base layer its a texture, the 2° layer is a base color on multiply blend mode, 3° layer its the same base color as the 2° layer but with the silhouette and the 4° layer its just the line of the same base color in multiply blend mode
