it doesnt require that much swimming...and plus you have you BCD on which keeps you afloat on the surface
but to do the course you need to swim a bit....man i died, im so unfit.

well, I can swim like a fish already, and I can hold my breath for a long time. I could swim before I could walk, my mother had enrolled her and I in a "waterbabies" program. I was swimming within weeks of my birth.
But it has been a long time. My back injury interferes with swimming, so I have not been in a while. But I would totally put up with the pain to learn scuba!

she is weird. she got jealous today on the phone, simply because I mentioned a model I used to bodyguard for. she claims as I was describing her, I was a bit to "involved". Mind you, I have yet to meet this girl in person, we have only talked over the phone!

nope. worse. I got the totally invasive gastric bypass, where they re-route the intestines, and staple the stomach smaller. I got me a wicked nice scar almost a foot long on me belly.

LOL my friend found a shoe and i thought it was a cray fish or something so i screamed underwater...
he laughed so hard when we got upto the surface

lol. all thats here on the river is a vacent coal fired power plant. which probably poluted the river back threw the 20-50's.
