I like how you reinterpreted the "dress"; the white strokes evoke feathers or blank canvas, which is a pleasant contrast to the skin and eyes. The hair seems to bridge these extremes of realism and impressionism. I'm not usually a portrait lover (which is probably why I'm looking at the composition, not the face!) but I really like this ^^
