This is stunning :0 I really like the silhouettes and arrangements of the birds on the tree. And the griffon is beautifully painted, like how you see the moonlight behind the wing feathers.

I just came back from working the first weekend of our ren faire and this just couldn't be a cooler thing to see (I volunteer with the vikings and have been tasked with drawing them Huginn and Muninn, the ravens). I love the composition and the different poses of the birds. I love the black heron? sitting on the top too, as it made me really go back and look at all the other birds and take in their little details. I wish there was a little more going on in the background, but you are busy and have already done wonders with the rest of the details and I am admittedly selfish in wanting more to drink in.... damn these thirsty eyes! xD

Yeah, getting there!
My mum was really sick the past couple of weeks. Had to be hospitalized and all...and the docs couldn't figure out what was wrong with her.
Still, she's better now, so things are looking up.
Ren faires are so cool! I wish we had events like that in my country... but not that many people are into it. I hope things are going well for you, job and health-wise.
I've been keeping track of things in WoW on reddit and youtube, but I doubt I will have the time to go back to it, sadly... T__T

Ren Faires are so much fun, I wish I could host one there (even just once) but I feel like all the entertainers might die from the heat. I'll admit I don't know if your winters are cool or just mild 
Job is amazing, even if it's low pay, it's the right level of stress and I simply love it. Healthwise... er... um... well... *whistles and walks away*
I have kind of taken a break from WoW because it got a bit boring for me (and lonely, all my friends jumped ship again ;_

There is actually no winter where I live... my country's on the equator, so our weather is just hot all year round. Which could be a reason why there's no ren faires here... people'll cook in armor. XD
