's wonderful Jolteon/Lugia hybrid.
I actually really liked this story, and hybrids are just interesting. This one seemed like it would be easy to draw so I did. xD

I'm sort of banned from my dad's comp and his scanner, so... ; A ;
I have another part of the picture, but it's not really done yet. I'll have it in at some other time when I can get a picture right. Dx

*sighs* While the lineart is very nice, the colours are terrible. Maybe it's just my screen, but it looks like a neon yellow highlighter bled out all over a pile of Purple Loosestrife petals dumped on a faulty tv screen. I hate to be critical of othe peoples work or act like a jerk, but this really would look better uncoloured.

It also could be because of the noise. And also this thing was made in Paint.NET, one of the crappiest art programs with limited options and colors.
I'm banned from my dad's computer, and that has SAI. otherwise, it would have been so much better than this.
It's good to critique, I think it's good to know if some of my things look like crap. xD
Most of the time, I feel like it looks that way anyway... >.>
