First, I have to say that I'm impressed with your technique. You have a very nice structure to the painting, that makes it look decidedly "Not digital", and I like that. I feel like I can see the brush strokes.
I could have wished for a bit bigger contrast between light and dark (light/shadow) overall, though it's very nicely done on the ghost itself. It's mostly the sky that falls a tiny bit short for me. The details directly around the moon are really nice though.
I very much love your colour choice. It adds to the sad/pitiful vibe the ghost is giving off. Perhaps the red leaves are a tad too bright, but that's mostly personal taste.
The detail work on your trees is amazing. I absolutely love the leaves - It reminds me of the trees that ThΓ©odore Rousseau made, and he's one of my favourite painters.
Again I feel a bit more light/shadow contrast would have been beneficial though.
The overall feel of the image is somewhat sad and sinister, which is a really interesting mix. It kind of... draws me in, and makes me want to study it further.

Haha, I love how someone said it was a shy ghost. It does look shy indeed, a little bit pitiful, too. Definitely not as scary as your other work but enjoyable in its own way.
