Hey everyone, sorry for the delay. Here is our current list of old and new elves. We still have a few positions open so there is still time to send in an application! Just read THIS journal for details!
To current elves, welcome back! Please check that your name is on the list. If you don't see yourself, you may have been removed from the group. Please note me (rileylaurent ) if you still want to participate! There may still be time to add you back!
To new elves (and returning elves), welcome aboard! Your next step is to send a "Join our Group" request (located to the left of the main page) and select "Trusty Elves" from the drop-down menu. After your request is accepted, just sit back and wait for further instructions from the back room (admin area)! While you're there, feel free to familiarize yourself with the forums and make sure to check out Santa's Workshop 101 to get an idea of how things work. There are some minor changes this year, but updated notices will go out to all elves soon.
To all children waiting to write a letter to Santa, get those pens ready! The next journal will be instructions on how to send in your requests! Opening soon!

I was wondering if writers could join this as an elf as well or if one needed to be a visual artist. If a writer could, then I would like to.

Hey there. Sorry for the late reply. This is mainly a visual art group, and the requests are all for visual art as well. If there seems to be interest in requests for writing, we'd consider it. But it does not seem to be a common thing.

We've run into this problem before. Unfortunately, to join as an elf, you'd have to be listed as an admin. We can't get around that, sorry!
