You may see a short animation photo thing of this at my tumblr: [link]Eh, a worked a bit more on the sketch from two days ago. I haven't had time to work on it, and I have paper due tomorrow so nothing new. Honestly, I like the mood of it, it's rather close to the mood of my pencil drawings, which isn't something I've been able to really capture before digitally.
But, it's missing something... maybe pattern/textures are the answer?

Perhaps a paper texture? :3 or maybe cardboard?

I changed the color and added some texture if you look at the last image: [link] . Better?
I still might add a pattern... somewhere.

A nice regal wallpaper pattern might work well faded into the bottom corners, or maybe the ribbon. <3
