I like the concept behind this and the fish swimming around her are very nice. You have a good sense of atmospheric details.

That being said, I think the coral-type stuff at the bottom left sort of distract from that feeling. I feel that they were an afterthought. I think if you either played them up a bit more, or down more the idea of background scenery might work better.

The lighting is good on her skin and the fish, but I think the brightness and the clarity and sharpness of her fins sort of compete with that. They lack structural value which makes them look almost like clip-art. I realize there may be bioluminescence going on there but there is still some structural value change when something has that quality, usually, unless the creature is complete darkness. That's not the case here, however, so I think the fins closer towards the like would appear somewhat more opaque, rather than so bright blue. All of this is really dependent on what sort of qualities the fins are supposed to have, however. I would also think the light would be a bit more mottled-looking, but that's just a personal preference.

I really love the fish, if I didn't mention it. You did such a wonderful job on them, especially the one farthest away. I almost wish there was one between the farthest fish and the central figures, however, to sort of transition between the bright, clear figures and the murkier, more hidden fish. Something else to draw the eye back into the image around that area would be nice, I think.
